Bow tie pasta tossed with pistachio pesto, shrimp, light cream, chopped pistachios, and semi-dried cherry tomatoes.

Piedmontese Fassona Beef Braised in Chianti
Tender Fassona beef, marinated for 12 hours and slow-braised for five hours in Chianti wine, served with traditional slow-dried egg pappardelle.
Paired with Chianti Italian Red Wine.
Espresso Tiramisù
Our homemade tiramisù served alongside a hot Italian espresso.
Paired with a sweet dessert wine.
